TAKEDOWN POLICY

A. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND TAKEDOWN POLICY:

(1). Filing a Copyright Complaint: If you believe, in good faith, that your copyrighted work (or that of someone you represent) has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may file a complaint.

Please send an email to info@voiz.co.in with the subject line “Copyright: Takedown Request” or you may send a post to:

Your complaint must include the following details:

• Signature: Your electronic or physical signature or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf.
• Description: Clear identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
• Location: A description of where the infringing material is located on the Platform (provide a URL or detailed description).
• Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Statement: A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Note: Submitting a false claim may result in liability for damages, including legal fees. Please ensure that exceptions like fair use or fair dealing do not apply before filing a complaint.

(2). Counter-Notice Procedure: If you believe that Content removed from the Platform due to a copyright complaint was wrongly taken down, you may submit a counter-notice. Submit your counter-notice to info@voiz.co.in or to the above mailing address, including the following information:

• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification: Details of the removed content and its location before removal.
• Statement: A statement that you believe the content was removed in error or misidentified.
• Contact Information: Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• Consent and Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to jurisdiction as per our Platform Terms and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, VOIZ will notify the complainant. Unless the complainant initiates legal action within 10-14 business days, the content may be restored at our discretion.

B. TRADEMARKS AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

VOIZ prohibits unauthorized use of its trademarks, logos, or intellectual property.

If you believe your intellectual property rights (other than copyrights) have been infringed, send a detailed complaint to info@voiz.co.in, including the following information:

• Description of the Intellectual Property: Identification of the trademark or intellectual property allegedly infringed.
• Location: Details on where the infringing material is located on the Platform.
• Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email.

VOIZ reserves the right to take appropriate action, including content removal and account termination.

C. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY:

In accordance with applicable laws, VOIZ may terminate or restrict access to accounts of repeat infringers at its sole discretion. VOIZ also reserves the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property rights, even if it is not subject to repeated complaints.
