This document outlines the technical specifications and quality guidelines for artists uploading songs to the VOIZ Platform, ensuring sound and content meet the standards required for publishing. These specifications form part of the terms and conditions agreed to by the artist.
Step 1: Upload – The artist uploads the song lyrics and audio file, along with relevant metadata through the VOIZ app.
Step 2: Verification by Admin User – Admin conducts sound and content quality checks.
Step 3: Approval or Rejection – Admin either approves or rejects the upload based on quality checks.
Step 4: Optional Artwork Upload – Admin may upload artwork for the approved song.
The audio file must be in a standard MP3 or WAV format to ensure efficient processing and streaming.
VOIZ will approve or reject the uploaded content within 4 (Four) weeks from the date of successful upload onto the Platform.
Upon completion of the review process, the artist will receive either an approval or rejection notification via email and in-app.
